House Bernarda combines independent living in old age with needs-based services. In a quiet location in the popular Dreilinden quarter, 18 modern and age-appropriate 2.5-room apartments and one 3.5-room apartment will be available for occupancy from July 1, 2026.

What to expect: 2.5-room apartments and one spacious 3.5-room apartment, wheelchair accessible, balcony with lake or garden view, integrated 24-hour emergency call system, own cellar compartment, access to the communal laundry room, spacious garden with seating areas and walking paths

Living with Services – flexible and needs-based: The basic offer includes access to the reception, events at Viva Lucerne Dreilinden, and a 24-hour emergency call system. Additional services such as apartment cleaning, laundry service, technical support, or catering can be booked individually. Nursing services are provided by external partners.

The offer is aimed primarily at people: from 75 years old, with a residence in the city of Lucerne, who want to shape their daily lives independently and wish for targeted support when needed.
