We, Lela (53), Anette (54), and Stanislav (38), have a room available for another roommate over 35 years old.
We live in a renovated, bright farmhouse with plenty of space, a garden, and a large seating area with a view of the countryside. Our home is located in a rural area, about 15 minutes' walk from the nearest bus stop. A car or scooter is therefore an advantage. Our cat, Merlin, lives with us. No other pets are allowed.
The room is available from 1.4.2027 (possibly earlier), 17.3 m2 in size, 3 m high, has a small sink, and is furnished. The furniture can be adjusted by agreement.
An additional room (8.7 m2) can be rented as an office.
Shared use: living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, cellar/laundry room, part of the attic. High-speed internet, parking space.
Rent: 820 CHF plus 130 CHF utility costs. Total 950.- CHF.
We are a friendly and well-kept shared flat, like to laugh, are empathetic, open, reflective, and cordial.
