We, Anette (54), Tom (53), and Lela (53) with our cat Merlin, have a room available for another roommate over 40 years old.
We live in a renovated, bright farmhouse with plenty of space, a garden, and a large seating area with a view of the countryside. Our home is located in a rural area, about 15 minutes' walk from the nearest bus stop. A car or scooter is therefore an advantage. No other pets are allowed.
The room can be occupied from 1.4.2027, is 16.6 m2 in size, 2.1 m high, and unfurnished.
An additional room (8.7 m2) can be rented as an office.
Shared use: living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, basement/laundry room, part of the attic. High-speed internet, parking space.
Rent: 720 CHF plus 130 CHF utility costs. Total 850.- CHF.
