Zurich-Kloten Airport can be reached in less than five minutes by car (distance: 3.5 km) via the main traffic network.

In addition to the rent, there are additional traffic area costs for the jointly used areas. Tenants 1 or 2 can rent the bright meeting room on demand. Ideal for meetings or customer appointments. The corresponding rent is invoiced separately.

Additionally, parking spaces can be rented for CHF 150.00 per month.
