The cost of the apartment is 1050 CHF/month + 200 CHF/month for expenses.
Electricity costs are paid separately.
Total apartment cost 1250 CHF/month.
A garage for one car is available for 130 CHF/month.

A deposit of 3 months' rent including expenses is required through a bank transfer or Firstcaution.
For those who do not know Firstcaution, it is a deposit guarantee insurance that costs around 150/200 CHF per year and replaces the guarantee deposit equal to 3 months' rent.

Minimum contract period 1 year.
No subletting or Airbnb accepted.
It is possible to install a washing machine in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
Permission from the landlord is required for pets.
There is a laundry room in the building with fixed times, alternatively there is a self-service laundry 100m from the building.
