In the AZ media house, we rent out commercial spaces from 300 m² in a central location in Aarau. The rental spaces can be designed according to your needs.

The architecturally and urbanistically precise building was built in 2005 by the well-known architects Burkard Meyer. The glass shell appears as a magnificent garment. At the same time, the shell provides protection. In the space between the glass skin and the wood layer, the windows can be opened in any weather. The panoramic windows ensure good lighting of the workstations and create a pleasant atmosphere. The special facade makes the house unique and unmistakable.

The two passenger lifts connect the floors seamlessly. On each floor, there is a toilet facility and a separate IV toilet available.

In the parking garage, car parking spaces can be rented additionally. Additional storage rooms round off the offer.

The AZ media house is located in a central location in Aarau, 240 meters from the train station. The T5 motorway access is reachable in 3 minutes by car.

The intact medieval old town is lively and very consciously maintained. A rich offer of small shops makes shopping in Aarau an experience. The large retailers Migros, Coop, and Manor are also represented in the city center.

Restaurants, bars, and cafes in and around the old town offer a variety of dining options. The "tibits" is located on the ground floor of the AZ media house.
