The project consists of 3 modern houses that will be built according to the THPE (Très Haute Performance Energétique) standards.

They have been designed to offer their inhabitants an exceptional living environment combining nature, contemporary design, functionality, and energy efficiency.
Designed by architect Hervé de Giovannini, they will also guarantee a unique design quality. The interior will offer large, functional, and modern spaces. The materials and finishes will be of the highest quality to ensure optimal living comfort.

Each house will be divided into two levels and a basement.
