The apartments with encadrement are intended for single people or couples from retirement age or recipients of AI benefits. They allow for autonomous living in a secure, functional, and convivial environment, right in the heart of the city.

Who are these apartments for?
The apartments, certified by the Public Health Service, comply with SIA 500 standards and guarantee security, comfort, and accessibility. Designed without architectural barriers, they are aimed at older people or people with disabilities, living alone or as a couple.

The basic services included in the rent are defined in a regulation approved by the State Council in 2015.
