The apartments with encadrement are intended for single people or couples from retirement age or with AI benefits. They allow for autonomous living in a secure, functional, and convivial environment, in the heart of the city.

For whom are these apartments intended?
The apartments, labeled by the Public Health Service, comply with SIA 500 standards and guarantee security, comfort, and accessibility. Designed without architectural barriers, they are addressed to older people or people with disabilities, living alone or as a couple.
