This conversion project enabled the creation of a warm and accessible residential complex, specifically designed for people with reduced mobility or in fragile situations.
Located at Avenue Léopold-Robert 145B, the building includes:
- 26 apartments with 2.5 rooms
- 4 apartments with 3.5 rooms
The apartments with care services are intended for single people or couples from retirement age or with a disability pension. They allow for autonomous living in a secure, functional, and convivial environment, in the heart of the city.
The presented 3D visuals are indicative. Since the construction site is still in progress, no real photos are yet available.
For whom are these apartments intended?
The apartments, certified by the Health Service, comply with SIA 500 standards and guarantee safety, comfort, and accessibility. Designed without architectural barriers, they are aimed at older people or people with disabilities, living alone or as a couple.
The basic services included in the rent are defined in a regulation approved by the Council of State in 2015.
The building features several adapted facilities:
- Main entrance with automatic door opening
- Clear and colored signage
- Stairs with handrails on both sides
