History
This building is part of an emblematic ensemble of three historic buildings in La Chaux-de-Fonds: the Silos Est, the Silos Ouest, and the Moulins. Project description

The care apartments are intended for single people or couples from retirement age or beneficiaries of disability benefits. They allow for autonomous living in a secure, functional, and convivial environment, in the heart of the city.

Who are these apartments for?
The apartments, certified by the Health Service, comply with SIA 500 standards and guarantee safety, comfort, and accessibility. Designed without architectural barriers, they are aimed at older people or people with disabilities, living alone or as a couple.

The basic services included in the rent are defined in a regulation approved by the Council of State in 2015.
