Leuk-Stadt is considered a historically valuable town. It is located on the north side of the Rhone Valley on a sunny slope in the middle of vineyards. Together with the mountain village of Erschmatt, which lies on a plateau of the Leuker Sonnenberge, the municipality of Leuk radiates a special charm.

Description of the property

The floors of the house are mostly covered with noble natural stone, while in the bathroom on the ground floor, easy-to-maintain ceramic tiles were used.
The house is heated by an environmentally friendly heat pump, and the heat is distributed via underfloor heating. In winter, during sunshine, the solar collector system takes over the heating function. The hot water preparation is done via modern solar collectors, and in winter, partially via an electric boiler, another proof of the sustainable and thoughtful orientation of this special property.
The house has so far been used exclusively by the owner as a holiday home and has not been offered for rent.
