Via an internal staircase, you reach the sleeping area, which is equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. In the basement, there is a washing and drying column.

The apartments have a triple exposure to the northwest, south, or northeast and south.

Animals are not allowed.
