We offer flexible rental contracts for personal or professional stays, short or long term.

For long-term stays, prices start at CHF 2'000.– per month, including all BCC services:

• CHF 1'600.– for the accommodation

• CHF 400.– covering all fixed and variable costs (electricity, water, heating, internet, etc.)
