Industrial hall and office building The "Grund" in Amsteg is located on the north-south axis of the highway and is therefore easily accessible by both train and car/truck.The industrial hall (approx. 1160m2; W 18m x L 66m) was used as a warehouse and has toilets and break rooms. Currently, two partial areas of the left half of the hall (approx. 265m² + 320m² = 585m²) are still available.Covered or open outdoor areas can be rented in addition to this.We will be happy to check the rent for partial areas.
