Industrial hall and office building The "Grund" in Amsteg is located on the north-south axis of the highway and is therefore easily accessible by both train and car/truck.The industrial hall (approx. 1160m2; W 18m x L 66m) was used as a warehouse and has toilets and break rooms. Currently, half of the hall is still available.Covered or open outdoor areas can be rented in addition to this.We will be happy to check the rent for partial areas.
