Rent-to-own offer: The smart way to home ownership

(ATTENTION, THE EXPOSÉ IS ATTACHED)Are you looking for an owner-occupied apartment, but you currently lack the equity for bank financing? We have the ideal solution for you: The rent-to-own model!Bring your dream of owning a home within reach. You move directly into your dream apartment as the first occupant and use the rental period to prepare for the final purchase in a calm and planned manner.Rent-to-own model explained briefly: • The basic principle: You rent your desired apartment with the firm intention of buying it no later than 3 years from now. • Fixed purchase price: The purchase price is contractually fixed from the beginning. If market prices rise in the coming years, you benefit: you pay the agreed-upon amount today, not the potentially higher price! • Rent: Until the final purchase, you pay a regular, market-standard rent. • Entry / Reservation: As a starting point for this model, an amount of CHF 20,000 is agreed upon. This will be credited towards a later purchase – if it unexpectedly does not lead to a purchase, this amount is lost. How does the next step work?READ THE ATTACHED EXPOSÉ.
