From its opening in 2027, La Collective will offer services and activities for women and gender minorities and will bring together in its premises a café-restaurant, the Filigrane library, the EsP-ace Santé Femmes*, a digital space, a nursery, cultural activities, offices for associations, as well as housing.Carried by the Foundation for Gender Equality, La Collective places diversity, inclusivity, and social bonding at the heart of its project. The housing is designed to embody these values, offering a living environment conducive to encounters, exchanges, and the creation of a solidarity community.The residents will find both private, comfortable, and secure housing and shared spaces that foster discovery, cohabitation, and involvement in the life of the place.Living in La Collective implies a commitment to community dynamics, both within the residential floors and at the scale of the building.
