A cleaning service, including waste disposal and towel change, is offered for stays of more than 6 nights. The on-site laundry facilities can be used free of charge. An underground parking garage is available on site for an additional fee. A deposit is required for travels with pets. The apartment is located in Zurich's Wiedikon district. There is no reception in the building. Guests must upload a copy of their ID or passport to our self-check-in platform, which is accessible via a link sent after booking. There is no daily cleaning service in the accommodation, and our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are only provided as amenities upon arrival and are not replenished during the stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business purposes. In the event of a proven breach of rules, the trusted partner reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund, and to request the immediate departure of the guests. Guests under 18 years old can only check-in with a parent or official guardian. This accommodation does not accept bachelor parties or similar events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
