Underground parking spaces are available on site for an additional fee. A cleaning service, including waste disposal and towel change, is offered for stays of more than 6 nights. The on-site laundry facilities can be used free of charge. This apartment is located just 50 meters from Giesshübel train station and 5 minutes by car from Zürich main station. The nearest restaurants are 200 meters away and the Sihlcity shopping center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There is no reception in the building. Guests under 18 years old can only check-in accompanied by a parent or official guardian. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business purposes. In case of proven rule violation, the trusted partner reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund, and to request the immediate departure of the guests. This accommodation is not suitable for bachelor parties or similar events. If you are traveling with pets, a deposit is required. Includes a desk.
