Building permit granted! We are creating a total of 6 condominiums in the upscale segment at Mühleweg 30 and 32 in Ebikon. The approved new construction project includes two buildings with 3 apartments each. The building at Mühleweg 30 includes three 4 ½ room apartments with approximately 125 m2 of net living space each, the building at Mühleweg 32 includes three 5 ½ room apartments with approximately 143 m2 of net living space each. The detailed construction description and the scope of the equipment are currently being defined and worked out. Accordingly, the definitive sales prices can only be communicated afterwards. The range of purchase prices is between CHF 1.45 million and CHF 1.95 million.
