To the left, the corridor leads to the living room (carpeted), which combines dining and living comfortably on a spacious area. Here, a sofa bed could easily be placed. From the living room, you can enjoy the view of the greenery and the impressive Signina group through the large window front. The south balcony is adjacent and promises sunny hours all year round with a great panoramic view. On the back of the apartment is the cozy bedroom, where a double bed and a wardrobe can easily fit. When you wake up, your gaze falls on the impressive Flimserstein. The apartment includes a basement compartment. The washing and ski cellar, a sauna, and a recreation room with access to the garden are used jointly. A wonderful holiday apartment in a dreamlike location with a great view.
The "Miramunt" development is located east of the main street and thus a little outside the village center of Laax. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility and view with a view of the Signina. A modern ski area with around 220 kilometers of slopes, cross-country skiing, sledding, and hiking trails are available. During the summer months, the region invites you to hike and bike - pure relaxation can be found in the surrounding crystal-clear mountain lakes, such as Caumasee or Laaxersee, which invite you to a refreshing bath, and on the expanses of the alpine meadows. The municipality of Laax and the Weisse Arena have invested intensively in the promotion of year-round tourism in recent years and created an attractive destination and starting point in Graubünden, which delights in all aspects with a forward-looking approach.
