Description

The Riegel house at Türgass 32 is located in the heart of Wädenswil and looks back on a long history. Built in 1684, it was initially a grocery store. Later, it housed a butcher's shop. Probably in the late 19th century, it was converted into the "Höfli" restaurant, which the current owners operated until 2006. In 1974, the Riegel house was completely renovated, and in 1994, an extension with a double garage and a restaurant kitchen was added.

Since the two upper floors were partially used as staff rooms, they have various bathrooms and small kitchens. The property therefore offers diverse options with minor changes: multi-generational living with an annex, rental of studios, or to a shared housing community.

The south facade of the Riegel house is protected and may not be altered.
