The general floor coverings and vertical coverings in the showers will be executed with natural Travertine stone, plates with a width of 40 cm, laid in longitudinal direction. The floor coverings of the terraces will be executed with natural stones, like the floor coverings inside, i.e. with Travertine.

All sanitary facilities are equipped with high-quality fittings and accessories, modern, handmade furniture and showers made of Hi-Macs (Corian).

The modern, white kitchen is equipped with high-quality, Swiss appliances (V-ZUG brand), refrigerator and freezer in full height, pyrolysis oven, heat storage, wine cooler, induction cooktop with Fusion hood and integrated sink, handmade in Hi-Macs (Corian).
