In the summer half-year, you can drive your car to the front door and park next to the chalet. The last part of the journey leads from the connecting road Blatten - Belalp over a smaller private natural road to the house.

The highest point of the Belalp ski area is 3,118 meters above sea level. And there is no more building land to buy in the region where the chalet is located. The village image should remain as it is today. The chalet belongs to the village of Blatten and could therefore also be lived in all year round.
