The wooden chalet is located on the Camping Höfli, Flumserberg-Bergheim. It is the highest building on the property and therefore has a dreamy, unobstructable view of the Churfirsten and the mountains of the Bündner Herrschaft. The house is oriented southeast and equipped with two large seating areas. The property has its own parking space.

The wooden chalet is very cozy and rustically furnished and offers enough living space for four people. The building is fully connected to electricity and water and is connected to the sewage network. It is also equipped with a central gas heating system. The gas supply (large gas bottles) is located in a separate outbuilding for safety reasons.
