Well-maintained wooden chalet, including roof truss, windows, doors, gutters, and metal grid extension.
Including suitable concrete foundation bases.
Roof made of Well-Eternit.
Elements: four side walls and two floor and ceiling elements each
Dimensions: 8.50 x 6.00m + 2.5m overhang, height 4.80 (ridge height)
Wall thickness approximately 18cm
The floor plan is visible in the plans (see photos).
No land, no ground is included!
It was dismantled in 2008 and has been stored dry in a hall since then.
Originally, the idea was to rebuild it in Tessin itself.
However, since a already existing house in Tessin could be acquired shortly afterwards, the practical element house is no longer needed.
The floor covering (Novillon) would probably need to be renewed.
Without sunshade (visible in photos from 2008) and without overhang at the metal grid extension (had hail damage).
Otherwise, no defects are known.
Interior equipment (kitchen, toilet, etc.) not included, but can be purchased cheaply on request (available in stock, stored at the same location as the element house).
Collection by the buyer in 8873 Amden within 30 days after purchase (other arrangements possible by phone, storage possible for a fee).

The costs for loading and transport are at the expense of the buyer or are to be organized independently.
