Description
I'm selling my caravan with awning located in the Pra Collet campsite in the heights of Lausanne. The campsite is open all year round.
The living area of the caravan with awning is 33 m2. On the plot, there is also a lawn, a garden shed, and a technical shed. The accommodation has electricity all year round, running water between May and October, and a rainwater collection system during winter (1000-liter tank). For heating, there is a wood stove, a gas stove, and a small electric radiator. The caravan has a shower and toilet and hot water.
The monthly plot rental is 320 CHF excluding charges (between 350 and 400 CHF including charges). If you don't use the caravan during winter, the campsite may grant you a rent reduction. The campsite has communal, heated sanitary facilities all year round. The sale price includes a large part of the furniture if you want to keep it. This includes: washing machine, sofa, dining table and chairs, custom-made storage furniture, oven and electric cooking plates, and other kitchen equipment, small fridge. I'm also leaving my remaining stock of firewood, 2 almost full gas bottles, and gardening tools for plot maintenance.
