In the municipality of Hüttikon, the Rosengarten project is being built with five 6.5-room and one 5.5-room semi-detached houses. The properties are located in a quiet residential area with little traffic, surrounded by a natural environment and with good connections to the surrounding villages and cities.

The houses offer a living area of around 170 to 188 m², spread over three floors. The floor plans are functionally designed and allow for a clear separation of living, working, and retreat. The construction method meets the Minergie standard. The heating is done via a ground probe heat pump through underfloor heating.
