Similarly, the wardrobe in the entrance area would have been rebuilt. Otherwise, we do not see any investment needs in the near future. The apartment also includes a small basement, a private boiler, and a spacious parking garage double compartment. Between the 2 residential blocks, there is a small playground.

It is planned to thoroughly renovate the exterior of the building and the surroundings in the next 2 years (the renewal fund has a decent amount), which will again lead to beautiful tax savings. Important: We have no desire for bidding procedures or the like. First come, first served.
