Payment terms
A deposit of CHF 40,000.-- is due upon signing the reservation contract. 20% of the sales price (including deposit) will be charged when the sales contract is notarized.

The remaining balance is due upon key handover/transfer of ownership. Builder's wishes must be paid within 30 days of invoicing - at the latest upon transfer of ownership.

Remarks:
Transfer and notary costs are shared equally by the buyer and seller.
