Zermatt, at the foot of the Matterhorn, is one of the most famous mountain resorts in Switzerland. At an altitude of around 1,600 meters above sea level, the town offers its nearly 6,000 inhabitants a distinctive alpine environment and a highly pronounced high quality of life.

With the new building at Stalden, six high-quality first-time residence apartments are being built south of the village center. The chalet in alpine style with a wooden facade combines modern building quality with typical local architecture.

The building comprises six 3.5-room apartments, including two attic apartments. Each apartment offers a spacious balcony, a terrace, or a forecourt with a direct view of the alpine mountain world.
