In the picturesque mountain village of Zorten, we have built three multi-family houses. The houses feature a 2 ½-room ground floor apartment and five 3 ½-room apartments, as well as two 4 ½-room apartments. Two of the 3 ½-room apartments are maisonette apartments. The ground floor apartments have cozy seating areas, and the apartments on the upper floors are equipped with a loggia. The apartments are south-facing. The building was completed in the fall of 2025 and the apartments are ready for occupancy.

Zorten is located on a south-facing slope and benefits from wonderful sunshine throughout the year. In the midst of the Bündner mountain world, there are countless opportunities to spend your free time.
