The apartment is located directly on the famous Kramgasse, just about two minutes' walk from the Zytglogge. You can hardly live more centrally in Bern!

Particularly beautiful is the unique old town charm with traditional Bernese wooden floors, historic wall coverings, beautiful coffered ceilings, and large windows with a view of the old town.

The spacious living room offers a cozy sofa landscape, armchair, a dining area, and a workspace. The separate bedroom has a double bed and sufficient storage space.

- Rent: CHF 1’580.– per month, including ancillary costs (Half of the total rent is to be paid in advance before the start of the rental period. The second half becomes due in the middle of the rental period.)

- Refundable deposit: CHF 1’580.– (one month's rent)
