We are looking for a new roommate for our house-WG in Kreuzlingen, available immediately or by arrangement.
We have
- A free room (15 sqm, approx. 600 CHF)
- A large living/dining room and a converted attic as communal areas and guest room
- A wild garden with large trees and space to hang out
- 2 garages with space for bicycles, tools, etc.
- A small gym
- 2 minutes from Kreuzlingen train station
Who we are:
We are a total of 5 adults between the ages of 26 and 38, and a baby, and we are all working professionals. Except for the baby. Since we rent the entire house, there is a living community consisting of three people upstairs and a family of three downstairs.
We have separate households, but no closed doors, spend a lot of time together, and share some rooms (including the kitchen for now) and tasks. We definitely see ourselves more as a community than a functional WG. This means we share almost everything in solidarity and also buy together.
Who we are looking for:
We would like to keep the gender balance in the house as balanced as possible and are therefore looking for a female roommate for the apartment upstairs in the house. We have known each other for a long time, but we are fairly open-minded people and would be happy if you became part of our (circle of friends) and the house community. We live in a beautiful house with a lot of space, but it also requires a lot of work. It is important to us that we all take responsibility for it together. This means that there will also be days when we, for example, arrange to do the gardening together or something similar.
