From December 5, 2026 (adjustments possible by agreement), I am renting out my beautiful, bright shared room at the foot of the Gurtens.
Location
The shared apartment is located directly above the Steinhözli-Coop, 10 minutes' walk to Liebefeldpärkli and 10 minutes by bike to the train station and Inselspital. Shopping opportunities and a bus stop (with a direct line to Eichholz for swimming or going to the Aaräböötlä) are located directly below and in front of the house door. If you don't feel like cooking or don't have time, the pizzeria (DaVito) opposite, with its friendly hosts, and the nearby Thai and kebab takeaways are a recommended alternative.

- 3-door built-in wardrobe. You are allowed to use all other furniture in the pictures, including a height-adjustable desk, dual screen, and docking station (if desired)
- own bathroom with shower directly next to the room
What the apartment has to offer...
Our beautiful maisonette apartment spans a total of 4 floors and has some pearls to offer:
- large roof terrace and two more balconies
- separately designed bar room
- spacious open kitchen/dining room with bay window and plenty of space for guests
- own laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Money
- Rent: CHF 1227.-
- Proportional additional costs: approx. CHF 60.- for Serafe, electricity, internet, etc.
Roommates
1) Ken (40) accompanies clients as a vegetable farmer in an institution to help them re-enter the workforce. He is a passionate cornhole player, an active 5th league soccer player with heart, and in the winter, he loves to snowboard.
2) Sebi (25), a trained computer scientist, is currently still abroad until the end of April, but then he will be back with us. He is an enthusiastic YB fan and likes to spend his free time with friends - whether it's a concert, pub quiz, mini golf, (techno) dancing, and much more, there's always something going on.
3) You (x), an open-minded person who likes to have an informal meal or cold drink of choice and philosophize about the world from time to time, is interested in an uncomplicated and considerate coexistence, and handles the room/apartment with care.
