We are renting a approximately 13 m² large room in our cozy shared apartment on the outskirts of Lucerne. The room was previously used as a hobby room, but was hardly used and is therefore available for immediate move-in or by arrangement.
Your future roommates are Augustin, an engineer, and Rahel, a student. We are both in our late 20s and wish for a respectful, uncomplicated, and friendly shared apartment life.
The apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly area and has a spacious living room and two bathrooms. TV, internet, and shared use of the laundry room are included in the rent. Additionally, a bike room and a basement compartment are available for shared use. A parking space can be rented separately if needed.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a Migros, a bakery, and the Don Carlos restaurant. The location is also ideal for sports and nature enthusiasts: a Vitaparcours, the Finnenbahn, the Waldschwimmbad Zimmeregg, and the Tennis- and Footballclub Littau are all nearby.
The bus stops Ruopigen Zentrum and Waldstrasse are each about a five-minute walk away.
