Our shared apartment (5.5 rooms) is located on Rorschacherstrasse, directly at the St. Fiden Zentrum bus stop with good connections in all directions. The market square with restaurants and bars is less than 5 bus minutes away, and the main train station is 8 minutes away. You can reach Migros, Lidl, and Denner in about 5 minutes on foot.
APARTMENT:
The apartment is spacious and bright and has a balcony. The living room is cozily furnished, and the kitchen and two bathrooms were recently renovated. A washing machine and dryer are available directly in the apartment. The shared apartment also includes a large basement storage room.
ROOM:
18 m², partially furnished if desired.
RENT & CONDITIONS:
• Rent: 760 CHF per month
• Deposit: 3 months' rent
• Move-in: from February 1, 2027, or by agreement
• Rental period: unlimited
SHARED APARTMENT LIFE:
We are two HSG students (bachelor's and PhD). During the week, each of us is rather individual, but if it works out, we like to spend a cozy evening together in the kitchen or living room, chatting or cooking and eating together. As a roommate, we are looking for an open and straightforward person. Ideally, you study at HSG or PH, but we also welcome other applications. From summer 2027, there is also the possibility of taking over the main tenancy. If you're interested, feel free to mention it in your message.
