Living in the hall at Zollhaus

Do you want to be part of our communal hall living at Zollhaus?

We are 5 adults and 2 children, along with Monti, our dog, living and working in a hall at Zollhaus, a cooperative housing project. The hall is 120 sqm, has 4m high ceilings, living towers, cozy corners, plenty of space to live and work, and a fantastic view over the train station area in Zurich. For us, this hall project is a communal living and creative space, shaped by our own commitment.

We are looking for a dedicated and loving person or couple to join our communal living arrangement starting from December 1, 2026.

Facts:
1 living unit / 1 living tower with approximately 18 sqm of private space for 1,375.- CHF/month. The living tower is designed so that the upper part can be used as a bedroom and the lower open area as a wardrobe, reading corner, or hobby area.

Included: approximately 100 sqm of shared space in the hall (kitchen, open living area, gallery, retreat room, 2 toilets, and bathroom with bathtub) as well as direct access to the inner courtyard and other communal areas (2 rooftop terraces, train station terrace, project room, music room, movement room, workshop, sewing room, communal Zollhaus kitchen, forum, etc.). There are also plenty of opportunities for home office work in the hall.

We look forward to getting to know you. Experience shows that up to 50 people sign up for an initial viewing. You will receive an invitation from us within 3 days for the viewing. The first meeting and viewing will take place on Monday, October 26 at 18:00 and Tuesday, October 27 at 18:00. A more intimate meeting in a small group will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 18:30 or Thursday, November 5 at 19:00.
