We have a room available in a three-person shared apartment. We are two working professionals, 60 and 47 years old.
It's a 5 ½ room apartment on the 1st floor with a large living kitchen dining area, which is shared. There are two bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. To the south lies a large balcony with about 44m2. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The room has 15m2, faces west. An outdoor parking space can be rented with the room.
The house is located in a dead-end street, so it's really quiet. In the house, there are four parties, only one per floor. We are in the Kurzrickenbach district, near Bottighofen. You can quickly reach the countryside, and in 4 minutes by bike, you're at the lake. On foot, the bus is 3 minutes away, the train station is 8 minutes away, and the lake is 10 minutes away.
We have our own laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and there are no times when you can't do laundry.
The room is available from December 1st, but it can also be taken over earlier by arrangement. The bed can be taken over for a small fee. A built-in closet is available in the hallway, so you don't need to bring one.
Ideal for weekly commuters.
