This is about two charming rooms in a house with a garden. The two rooms are each 8m² in size and are perfect for people who want to separate their sleeping and working spaces. You take over the rooms unfurnished.
Our home is located directly on the edge of the forest and is 10 minutes from Baden train station by bus, 7 minutes by bike, and 15 minutes on foot. Surrounded by shade-providing trees, we take care of our garden and the resulting household chores together. You share the bathroom with one other person, and the remaining rooms are shared. It gets cozy in our living room with movie and crime dinner evenings or in the dining room with shared flat dinners. In the basement and attic, there is enough space for all your things, and in the garage for your bike.
The additional costs are not included in the rent and are borne by the entire shared flat.

We are looking for an open-minded person who wants to actively shape and experience shared flat life. As an experienced shared flat, we wish for someone who also sees the work and does their duties conscientiously.

We are five people between 28 and 31 (2f, 3m) and two affectionate cats (Lana and Louis). We have been living together in various constellations for many years, which is why we value a close togetherness with good exchange and open communication. All of us are engaged in various areas and are largely socially or pedagogically oriented in our professions. We actively live our shared flat life with joint dinners, regular meetings, or a after-work drink.

The move-in date is negotiable. :)
