We have a cozy 13m2 room available immediately in our 5-person shared apartment. The room is small but nice (approx. 13m2) and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The room is located on the ground floor next to the entrance and is always nicely cool in the summer. On the first floor, there is an open kitchen, a living room with two sofas, TV, and many plants, a winter garden, and a terrace with a grill - all for your shared use. We have our own washing machine, which we simply share among the 5 of us. If you don't have space for things in your room, you can store them in the basement or in the attic. (The room is currently furnished slightly differently than in the pictures, but you'll see that when you visit :) ) The room is located in a 4-story row house with a winter garden and terrace. The 1st floor has a large kitchen, winter garden, living room, and terrace, which is our communal space. The other floors have additional rooms, and on the ground floor, there is a laundry room and basement.
Currently, Julian (31), Zoe (26), and Siro (26, traveling) live in the house. In December, Gabriel (36) will also move in. Additionally, our three cats, Tigrica, Chai, and Leya, live here.
We are looking for an animal-friendly person around our age. Whether you're a student, working, or something else, it doesn't matter to us - as long as you fit in with us personally. We're not a functional shared apartment and like to do things together, but we also respect your need for alone time. A healthy amount of cleanliness and order is a matter of course for us, and we appreciate it if you contribute to it independently.
Jegenstorf is only 14 minutes from Bern train station by train and has good shopping opportunities (Coop, Voi, dairy, etc.). So, if you're looking for a room that's close to nature but still easily accessible to the city, this might be a good fit! Feel free to contact us and introduce yourself :)
