We are looking for someone who is open, friendly, and outgoing. Reliability and cleanliness are very important to us. It's also important to us that we get along well and show mutual respect, and that we feel comfortable together in the house. We value a pleasant coexistence, where we can occasionally eat together, do something, or simply strike up a conversation spontaneously in the hallway. We would be happy if you wanted to participate in our shared apartment life! At the same time, we naturally also give each person their own space and respect that everyone has their own daily routine and interests. It would also be important to us that you are roughly our age (around 20 to 30 years old). Because one of our roommates is going abroad and therefore leaving our shared apartment, we are looking for an (unlimited) successor :) The room is on the first floor and approximately 14 square meters in size. It is part of a 6-person shared house, where we are spread over three floors with various common rooms. Utilities are included. In addition to the room, you will have access to two kitchens, a living room, two bathrooms, a small guest room, a garden, a large basement (laundry room with washing machine, storage room, etc.), and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms include a shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and a small storage room each. We are currently six people and a very mixed shared apartment. We are between 20 and 28 years old and work in different fields (a seamstress, a lawyer, a future teacher (who is now leaving us), a controller, a communications officer, and an IT expert). We are not a shared apartment for a specific purpose, but we didn't know each other before.
