The apartment is 3 minutes' walk from Marzili and the Aare.
It's a 15-minute walk to the train station and the city center, and there are various shopping options in the surrounding area.
The room is approximately 12 m2 in size and is located in our 4-person shared apartment with a large living room, new kitchen, and a large, cozy balcony with a lounge.
The apartment is spread over 3 half-floors. At the entrance, there are 2 rooms (yours) and a toilet. On the 2nd floor, there is the kitchen, the living room, and the balcony, and at the top, there are 2 more rooms and a large bathroom with a shower. The bathrooms and the kitchen have been renovated in recent years. Pets are not allowed.
From your room, you can see directly to the Federal Palace.
We are looking for a roommate who is interested in uncomplicated and sociable cohabitation in the heart of Bern.
We are four people (2 women and 2 men) between the ages of 29 and 36, all working and/or in education. We like to play board games, occasionally do something together, or organize a cozy apartment dinner. However, we also enjoy our free time.
Mena is leaving us for the winter season in the mountains.
Fabian, future teacher with manual skills. Likes to be on the ski slope or in the gym.
Pascal, geographer and scientific employee. Often on his bike and relaxing in front of the TV, either with documentaries or sports broadcasts.
Melanie, training to be a nutrition advisor. Likes to try out university sports and plays the ukulele.
