Hello! We, Jules (they/them) and Teresa (she/her), are renting out a room in our large 4.5-room apartment (120 m²) with a garden, available immediately or by arrangement. The room is bright, 15 m² in size, and costs 1,500 CHF per month, including utilities (which also includes a weekly vegetable basket from the region). The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which is right next to the room and is hardly ever used by us, so it's almost your own. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. A cozy living room, a modern kitchen, private laundry tower, and two cool roommates are also waiting for you!

The apartment itself is located in Affoltern (Zurich), near the train station and bus lines 61, 62, and 32, which will get you to the city center within 20 minutes. It's also very close to fields and forests, and the Katzensee is only a 15-minute walk from the apartment. This makes it a great retreat.

We're both in our early thirties, work in the civil society sector, love movement and music, enjoy cooking, and exchange thoughts about our lives. We speak English and German and value a peaceful coexistence. With our third roommate, we wish for a friendly interaction and an appreciative togetherness. We're not looking for a functional roommate situation.
