The entire apartment is approximately 200m2 in size, spread over 3 floors. A parking space in a locked garage in the house can be rented for CHF 145/month.
I have been living in shared apartments for a long time and have had very positive experiences. I work mainly from home in my room and only rarely need the rest of the apartment. The home cinema can be used freely, and I don't mind if it gets late with a movie. Currently, 2 rooms are available, and it's a 3-person shared apartment. Each room has a closet and a bed that can be shared.
Flatmates who enjoy a family-like living community are welcome. The apartment is not suitable for children, dogs, or cats; other pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
