Description

Looking for a short-term home in Zurich? And are you not a Christmas grinch? Then read on!

Roommate wanted from November 1st - Zurich district 12, near Stettbach

You're new to Zurich, starting a new job, or just looking for a cozy home for the next few months? Then this might be a good fit!

I'm looking for a nice, uncomplicated roommate for my large, bright 5.5-room apartment in district 12, near Stettbach, starting November 1st or by arrangement.

The room is unfurnished. Additionally, there's a separate office for shared use - in case you need to be productive from time to time.

Who could it suit?

Especially good for people who are new to Zurich and want to arrive in peace. A limited rental period would be ideal, but it's not set in stone. If it works for both parties, it can gladly become something longer-term.

The location is great:

Coop, Migros, Denner, and Lidl are practically at the doorstep. The Glatt center can be reached in about ten minutes on foot, and if you've had enough of city life, you're in the woods in five minutes. The public transportation connections are also super - even for those who work at the hospital.

A small highlight: we have a cozy café directly in the house and really great neighbors.

And who else lives here?

Me - and my house cat. Animal love is a requirement. The cat has already signed a fixed-term rental agreement and is staying.

I'm looking for someone who is open, uncomplicated, and considerate. A relaxed togetherness, where everyone also has their own space.

And one more thing: I like the Christmas season. You don't have to love every Christmas movie, but you shouldn't be a complete Christmas grinch. A bit of Christmas spirit is part of the deal here.

Sounds like a home for a while (or maybe longer)?

Then write me a few lines about yourself:

* What brings you to Zurich?
* How long do you want to stay approximately?
* What do you do professionally or in your education?
* When could you move in?

I'm looking forward to your message and maybe getting to know you over a coffee - which is conveniently available directly in the house!
