Access: Annemasse train station at 9 minutes on foot, then the Léman Express to Genève-Eaux-Vives. Tram 17 stop at 2 minutes.

Conditions: 1,430 CHF per month all-inclusive (contractual rent 1,530 €). 12-month lease, departure possible at any time with 1 month's notice. 0 € filing fee or agency fee.
