Are you looking for a cozy community, a bit of garden maintenance, mutual support for your own projects, and enough time and space for yourself?
In this new 3-person shared flat in a row house, a room is available. Bright, south-facing, and well-furnished: approx. 15.5m2 with a private balcony of approx. 5m2
The house also has the following areas for shared use (a total of 3 roommates):
- Covered bike storage (I still need to build it :D)
- Cozy private garden with terrace, small herb and vegetable garden, and lawn with small apple and pear trees and a flagpole :D
- Kitchen, toilet, and cozy dining and living room on the ground floor
- Bathroom on the upper floor, opposite your room ;)
- Small studio/workshop in the basement (unheated) accessible from the outside, with a small additional kitchen and shower.
- Spacious storage space in the attic
- Private washing machine and dryer in the basement
- 1 parking space
Costs: Net rent 1,100.-, ancillary costs 150.-, total rent: 1,250.-

I'm Rafael, 29 years old, working in the construction industry as an architectural planner and construction manager.
I'm a sports enthusiast, a passionate mountain biker in the summer, and a skier or snowboarder in the winter. I'm also happy to participate in other sports, such as beach volleyball, kickboxing, climbing/bouldering, hiking, and much more!
I'm actively working on creating a better and fuller life for myself, and I'm currently interested in communication to build deeper and more nourishing relationships.
From time to time, I play a bit of ukulele and guitar, and maybe I even sing along. Or at least I try to :D
And I have many more interests... hehehe
What I wish for this new shared flat:
To create a home where we commit to open, honest, and appreciative communication and where we all feel comfortable.
A cozy get-together where everyone has their place, whether it's to do something together/share (cooking/eating, in the garden, by the Aare,...) or to withdraw and have time for themselves and their own interests.
We all help to maintain and shape our home together.
The goal: a nourishing, joyful, and enriching community and mutual support for the success of our goals in life.
