Our three-person shared apartment is looking for you!
In our large maisonette apartment on the edge of the old town (near the Obertor bus stop), a large attic room will be available on December 1 (latest move-in on January 1, 2027). The apartment has a green terrace, two bathrooms, a guest room, and a craft room. The room costs 1135,- per month, including many amenities.
We (w36, w56, and a small, quiet, and non-shedding dog) have a green thumb, enjoy nature, practice yoga and music, like to cook, read, and are ecologically and "rather green" and "rather left" oriented.
From time to time, we cook together, go for walks, or sit on the terrace. If needed, we support each other, but also give each other enough space. There's no must, except for regular household chores…
We're looking for you!
You don't smoke, are uncomplicated, reliable, communicate clearly, and are solution-oriented; you separate your trash, know how to use a vacuum cleaner, and think along with the household; and you're willing to play together, have good conversations, etc., then you're right for us.
