The room is bright and centrally located. Directly in front of the door are the Aare and Thun train station. In just a few minutes, you can reach the old town or Lake Thun. From the room and the apartment, you have a wonderful view of the Aare, the mountains, and the forests.

The room is located on the 5th floor (with elevator), is approximately 12 m² in size, and is part of a 2-person shared apartment in a 3-room apartment. The apartment consists of renovated kitchen and bathroom, a bright and large living room with plants, and a balcony with beautiful morning sun.
The room is being sublet for 6 months because I am going abroad (until 30.06.2027 or by agreement). It can be taken over furnished or unfurnished, as desired. The rent also includes electricity (approx. 12 CHF/month) and Serafe (13 CHF/month).
We are looking for: You. You are funny, enjoy community life, and like to eat and chat together from time to time. At the same time, you also value individual me-time. You think a tidy apartment is important, and you like a beautiful home.
We are: You will share the apartment with Luisa (she/her, mid-thirties, tourism professional, and sailor): I like the water, sailing, reading books, drinking coffee in the morning sun on the balcony, improvisational theater, and much more.
