Description
17.5 m² for you and a lot of apartment for us two.
From November 1, 2026, unlimited. CHF 1,600 per month including utilities.
Your room is the largest bedroom, with a new, freshly built wardrobe and really a lot of storage space. You bring your own bed and ceiling lamp.
The apartment is on the 1st floor on Markusstrasse in district 6, right next to Café des Amis and near SchiGu-Park, Letten, and Limmat.
We have a large kitchen, a separate dining room, a separate living room, and another studio/guest room.
There's also a balcony, two toilets, and a private washing machine with integrated dryer.
The studio/guest room remains for us both.
Even if we both work from home or have visitors at the same time, we can spread out well across the different rooms.
I'm looking for a roommate, 30+, non-smoker.
I don't want a random shared apartment, but also not a family (wink)
I'd like to have dinner together sometimes, drink filter coffee, or hang out in the kitchen. But sometimes I just want to close my door and have my peace ;)
I'm Pablo, 40, a Colombian-Swiss architect. On the side, I teach art and crafts in my atelier.
I jog twice a week, play tennis and ping-pong, and get around by bike. My friends always have something planned: a trip, something cultural, or just some spontaneous fun. You're welcome to join us. And if not, that's easy too.
In the winter, I like to host a SOUPid Night. Eight friends bring their own homemade soup. We try them all, tell stories, and say what we like about the soups. The winner gets a small trophy that I make myself. Occasionally, a game night would be nice. I'm curious to know what you'd like to host.
During the week, I usually have salad with meat or chicken. If I'm cooking or baking for guests, I like to go all out.
My three-day party days are over. But if friends throw a really good party, I can still let loose.
Tell me a bit about yourself, your daily life, and how you like to live together.
See you soon!
